  I love how people have all of this influence on the youth of this nation, but thrust liberal garbage down their throats. Most of my friends are voting for Obama only becuase he is young, and african american. Since when does age or race factor into how anyone is able to do their job.   We have universal health care in Canada, and though its about as expensive tax-wise as indpendant firms selling it, the differece is that everyone gets it... especiilly considering the people that need it most. For example, i grew up in a single parent family. If my mom had to pay for every time i had to see a doctor, we'd have been on the street a long time ago. There's a good reason why all those countries in Europe have it, it protects the underpriveleged, so get it through your thick american skulls.

  Isn't calling anyone who believes in a universal health care system a communist extremely insulting ? No, I'm not a US citizen but that is offensive to anyone in the developed world. We agree to pay for certain things through taxes because it is impossible or impractical to pay for them individually.
  
  Would you like defence and policing to be on an opt-in / out basis ? That's not an argument I hear from conservatives too often.
  
  I hate paying taxes too (and ours in the UK are too high) but some things are worth paying for.
