Is Pentagon technically a ground zero?  Did the field where flight 93 crashed technically a ground zero?  

Steward is nothing but a cretin - the burlington factory was hit by plane debris and possibly body parts and was heavily damaged in 9/11 attacks.  By luck no one was killed since teh store wasn't open yet.  

But of course why would Steward care about this?  As long as it 3 feet from Twin Towers it's not technically a ground zero for him....
