This video is a satire.
Like the New Yorker satirized prejudices against Obama, this is meant to show how ridiculous it is to think John McCain and George Bush are in love. It demonstrates how wrong it is to think just because they agree on essentialy every policy, that they are actually lovers.
Informed that cigarettes were the biggest American export to Iran, McCain joked with a reporter that maybe sending over cigarettes was an ingenious war tactic by the Bush administration to kill Iranians . But don't worry, this video clip from Salvatrucho213 is not offensive because John McCain speaks "as a person who hasn't had a cigarette in 28 years."

Jedreport makes McCain look like a flip flopper in this mock debate. Is John McCain running for George Bush's fourth term? Watch him talk about himself here and decide, and then tell your friends to do the same. What John McCain said (big head) and what he says he said (small head) are remarkably different. There is definitely a creepy inner voice thing going on here, which suits the message well.
